Cheryl is one of fewer than 400 professionals worldwide to hold the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association—recognition reserved for elite communicators who demonstrate consistent excellence, deep impact, and high earning power over time. Cheryl is also a national real estate educator, speaker, and host of the Real Power podcast. She has taught tens of thousands of real estate professionals throughout the United States and Canada. A lifelong Disney fanatic, she’s completed 32 half marathons (on her way to 65 by her 65th birthday), and still finds time to ski the slopes, hike the trails, and spend time with her husband Rick and their growing family of 14 grandchildren and her beloved dog, Scooby.
